Raised between Northern California and the UK, Katri came to DC for graduate school at George Washington University and started her career in computer forensics. After buying her first property, she was encouraged by her agent to consider a career in real estate — and she never looked back. She holds active licenses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Today, Katri leads Hunter Davila Residential at Compass with the same instinct that drew her to the work: a genuine respect for how big these decisions are, and a refusal to let them feel routine. She is as detail-oriented as she is driven — managing every aspect of the transaction from lender coordination to negotiation strategy. Over her career, her penchant for people and deep market knowledge have produced a lifetime sales volume of over $340M.
Outside of real estate, Katri rides horses competitively, travels often, and lives in DC with her husband and her pitbull. In 2015, she donated her kidney to a friend — an experience that led her to a board seat with the National Kidney Foundation, where she remains a vocal advocate for living donors today.
